“Yesterday we created a lot of dangerous opportunities, but we lacked concentration throughout the game. In some situations we lost the puck in dangerous zones, and sometimes we didn't work hard enough on defense. This led to sharp opportunities at our goal and unwanted goals. I am glad that the team showed character and was fighting until the end.
Today we had a new chance, and we were able to take advantage of it.
The guys converted almost all the opportunities they created, unlike yesterday's game, where we attacked a lot, but scored little. Congratulations to everyone! The guys really deserved it today. They worked hard, moved well, caught the puck - well done!”
